Visa Assistance Program

Authors visiting from outside the United States may seek visa assistance after registration. Authors requiring visa assistance letters should send their request to and include the following information:

  1. Full Name

  2. Country of Citizenship

  3. Title and Number of your paper

  4. Confirmation number of paid registration

Guest Program

A guest program will be provided at Radarcon 2012 and will be open to guests of all attendees. The guest program will include a breakfast each day of the technical sessions and guided tours of local attractions. For more information contact or see the Tours Page.

Note:  the following is necessary to clear up possible confusion of the guest program.

Guests of attendees are primarily limited to guest related activities, and it does not enable them to attend or participate in the technical sessions or attend the conference lunches.  Only paid registrants are entitled to attend and participate in the technical sessions and attend the conference lunches.
